Nick Delmonico
CEO & Cofounder
Nick Delmonico is the co-founder and CEO of Strados Labs and a former pediatric asthma patient. Prior to Strados Labs, Nick worked in financial consulting at a Fortune 100 financial institution and in public accounting at a Big Four firm. He received his master's degree in Healthcare Management from Temple University's Fox School of Business.

Richard Powers
Chief Product Officer, Chief Operating Officer & Cofounder
Richard Powers is the Chief Product Officer and cofounder of Strados Labs, where he leads product innovation and technical strategy. With over 25 years of experience in FDA-regulated medical device development, Richard has worked across Class III implantables, wearable sensors, and AI-driven respiratory diagnostics.

Jason Kroh
Chief Technology Officer
Jason Kroh serves as Chief Technology Officer of Strados Labs, where he leads technology design, development, and manufacturing. He brings more than 25 years of experience in senior R&D and executive roles at innovative medical device start-ups.

Matt McCarty
Chief Commercial Officer
Matt McCarty serves as Chief Commercial Officer of Strados Labs, where he leads sales, marketing, partnerships, and commercial strategy. He brings nearly 20 years of experience across life sciences and clinical trials, including leadership roles at global CROs and senior executive experience within the clinical trial endpoint market.

Yu Kan Au, MD
VP Clinical Affairs & Cofounder
Dr. Au serves as the clinical lead for clinical operations and provides clinical inputs on sales and marketing strategy. He completed his clinical training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Brown University and an MD from Case Western Reserve University.

Shane Krauss
Global Director, Life Science
Shane Krauss is the Global Director, Life Science at Strados Labs, where he leads global commercial strategy and enterprise partnerships across life sciences. Since joining in 2021, he has built and scaled the company's commercial organization, driving international expansion and embedding the FDA-cleared RESP® biosensor into multi-country clinical programs.

Tom deLaubenfels, PhD
Director, Data Science
Dr. Tom deLaubenfels has worked for over 7 years in the space of remote patient monitoring and longitudinal physiological data analysis. He is responsible for directing technical R&D, studies, and publications advancing the field of remote longitudinal lung sound and physiological data monitoring.

Rachel Hollatz, RRT, RPSGT
Annotation Manager
Rachel Hollatz is the Annotation Manager for Strados Labs, leading a dedicated team of specialists who provide expert review and interpretation of lung sound data. She is a Registered Respiratory Therapist with over 15 years of experience working in health systems.

Devan Parson
Clinical Operations Manager
Devan Parson brings a wealth of experience managing complex phase I and phase II trials testing investigational products, gained through her pivotal work during the COVID-19 pandemic. She played a key role in feasibility studies evaluating the RESP® Biosensor. Devan holds an MBA from Pierce College.
